Guests with a reservation for a stay of 14 days or less must provide a minimum of 24 hours notice of a cancellation or a change in the start date of their reservation. If the reservation has not been cancelled by 12 noon the day prior to the first day of the reservation the guest will be charged for one night’s stay at the daily rate of the site they have reserved.
Guests with a reservation for a stay of more than 14 days must provide a minimum of 14 days notice prior to the start date of their reservation in order to cancel without charge. If the reservation has not been cancelled at least 14 days prior to the reservation start date the guest will be charged for one week’s stay at the weekly rate of the site they have reserved. The charge will be levied on the credit card you will provide upon making your reservation.
Long-term (Snowbird) Winter Reservations:
Off season, winter snowbird rate of $525.00 per month (plus HST) is only available for stays of 30 days or longer in the off-season. First month’s fee is required as a deposit. Once your reservation is booked for an extended stay you will be responsible for all fees for the entire period of your reservation. The deposit is non-refundable unless you give notice of cancellation at least 30 days before your reservation start date. The charge will be levied on the credit card you will provide upon making your reservation.
RV Park Deposits required on reservations:
For stays of 14 days or less: deposit equal to 1 days stay (plus HST) for site reserved.
For stays of 15 days or more: deposit equal to 7 days stay at weekly rate (plus HST) for site reserved.
Off-season Snowbird: deposit of $525.00 (plus HST.)

Guests with a reservation for a stay of 14 days or less must provide a minimum of 48 hours notice for a cancelation of their reservation. If the reservation has not been cancelled 48 hours prior to the start date of their reservation the guest will be charged for one night’s stay at the then current daily rate.
Guests with a reservation more than 14 days but not more than 30 days must provide a minimum of 14 days notice before the start date of their reservation for a cancelation of their reservation. If the reservation has not been cancelled 14 days prior to the reservation start date then the guest will be charged for 2 days stay at the then current daily rate.
